As a Design Partner, your authentic usage and honest feedback are the foundation of every product improvement we make.
- Test features using your real venture data — not synthetic examples
- Participate in scheduled test sessions: usability tests, guided reviews, in-depth interviews, and workshops
- Provide honest, unfiltered feedback — we need to hear what's broken, confusing, or missing
- Complete NPS surveys after each session so we can track sentiment over time
- Report bugs directly through Testiment when you encounter issues
- Be available during your scheduled session windows each week
We've designed the program to be lightweight but impactful. Here's what to expect each week.
Each week follows a consistent rhythm so you always know what's coming.
Session Scheduling
You'll receive a calendar invite for your test session that week, along with which features we're focusing on.
Test Session Window
Your 30–60 min session happens during this window. A facilitator will guide you through the test scenarios.
NPS & Bug Reports
Complete your NPS survey and report any bugs you encountered through Testiment. Takes ~15 minutes.
SME Review & Sync
Your feedback is handed off to the assigned SME who reviews recordings and writes improvement documents. You're free on Fridays.

Every page on Synapse has a floating widget in the bottom corner. This is your direct line for reporting bugs and running assigned tests — no need to leave the app.
Testiment is the platform behind your testing sessions. Here's what you can do today as a Design Partner.
👥 Get Added to a Test Group
You'll be invited to a testing group by the Synapse team. This group determines which tests are assigned to you. You'll receive an email invite — accept it to join.
🔒 Auth Directly from Synapse
When you click "Run Test" in the Synapse widget, you're authenticated automatically — no separate login needed. The test opens inline so you stay in context.
📋 View Available Tests
See all tests assigned to your group. Each test shows the feature being tested, the tasks you need to complete, and any time limits. Pick a test and start when you're ready.
🎯 Go Through Guided Tests
Tests walk you through tasks one at a time. A floating task panel shows your current task, instructions, and success criteria. Mark each task complete as you go. Think Aloud and NPS are prompted when relevant.
What Gets Submitted
When you finish a test or submit a bug report, Testiment automatically bundles everything the SME and engineering team need.
